We did it first in 2006 and every year since! It’s the single biggest and one of the most important cultural events in the country. Working with the Dept of Arts, Heritage & Culture and Local Authorities around the country, we bring arts out of the arts pages and onto our televisions, magazines, newspapers and radios of Ireland. From a starting point of 40 venues and 40,000 attendees 15 years ago, we’ve watched Ireland’s creative community swell and evolve through recessions to now being one of the most vibrant and innovative and collaborative in the world. With over 4,000 individual events on Culture Night it draws a crowd of nearly 500,000 across the country. Our role is strategic communications, media relations and publicity and each year we deliver millions of euros worth of publicity.
